REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY
At Robina Quality Meats we strive to provide great quality produce. We ask that you carefully select your products as we do not refund once the product has been purchased. We will only issue a replacement of your item for the following reasons:
- There is a clear problem with the item that would have stopped you from buying it originally;
- Is unsafe;
- Is significantly different from the description;
- Is defective or damaged.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and not expired. Please return the product with the original packaging and proof of purchase within 24 hours and we will issue a replacement. We will only replace items it they are defective or damaged.
Please note we do not accept returns for poorly kept items. As meat is a perishable product, significant changes in temperature can cause a significant degradation of product quality.
